CAST is a library of self-paced tutorials covering all the major

applications of the NX CAD, CAM and CAE software. CAST is an accessible and

affordable way for you to gain the fundamental NX skills you need.



Custom Course Builder

The Custom Course Builder lets you create your own training. You can create

pages of training in the CCB, import HTML pages that you create outside the

CCB, link to pages in the CAST Library, etc. The CCB is designed for

everyone, whether you have CAST or not!







Installation:



Log in as administrator, or as a user that has administrator privileges.



Put the CAST CD into your CD drive.



If you have autoplay activated, a launch screen will appear in a few

seconds. If autoplay is disabled for your CD drive, you may navigate to the

CD using Windows Explorer and start the installation program manually by

double-clicking on the AutoPlay.exe file.



In order to use the launch program as described in this file, you must have

Windows Script Host installed on your computer. Windows Script Host is

normally installed by default with Windows ２000 and Windows XP. Windows

Script Host is available as an optional download for Windows NT 4.0.



NOTE: Internet Explorer ５.0 or better is required to use the main launch

program.



Click on the Install CAST link to start the CAST installation.



The installation program will prompt you for the appropriate installation

information.
